Use of content

Content, alerts, graphics, mentorship materials and private community resources may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, resold or shared outside the applicable membership without written permission.

Alerts and educational mentorship

Alerts are posted once to shared channels for all eligible members of the applicable tier at the same time. They are general publications, not individualized recommendations. This applies to every ticker symbol, asset and instrument discussed. Mentorship is educational and does not include advice tailored to a member's account, holdings, objectives or financial circumstances.

FamousOptionsTrading does not select contract quantities for members, place or execute trades, manage or monitor accounts, accept account credentials or trading authority, or receive or hold member trading funds. You remain responsible for every order, position size, stop, exit and loss.

Independent contributors

Analysts and other independent contributors may publish their own general market observations and alerts to shared eligible-member channels. Their content is distributed under the same non-individualized framework and does not create a broker, adviser, fiduciary, account-management or agency relationship with any member. Contributors may not accept account credentials, place trades for members or provide instructions tailored to a member's account or open position.

Member content and trading screenshots

If you voluntarily post, upload or submit a review, message, chart, testimonial, trade result, gain or loss screenshot or other content in a FamousOptionsTrading community, support channel or submission form, you represent that you own it or have permission to share it. You grant FamousOptionsTrading a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, crop, format, redact, display and use that content to operate, describe and promote the community, including on our website and social media.

We may remove or obscure usernames, account numbers and other personal information when reasonably practical, and we will not knowingly publish login credentials, full financial account numbers or authentication information. You may request that future use stop by emailing admin@famousoptionstrading.com. A request does not require recall of material already distributed and does not affect uses made before the request.

Billing and access

Paid access is managed through Patreon. The Gold membership is $59.99 per month and the Diamond membership is $199.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Membership renews monthly until canceled through Patreon. Access begins after purchase, and cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.

Membership conduct

Members may not harass others, misuse private channels, share access, impersonate staff or use the community for unauthorized promotion. FamousOptionsTrading may suspend or remove access for conduct that harms the community or violates these terms.

No warranties

Services are provided as available without guarantees that every alert, indicator, channel, platform or feature will always be uninterrupted or error free. Trading decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamousOptionsTrading and its owners, staff and contributors are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, platform outages or indirect damages arising from use of the website, community or educational services.
