Alerts and market commentary are posted to shared subscriber channels and distributed generally to all eligible members of the applicable tier at the same time. They are not prepared for or tailored to any individual member's account, holdings, objectives, financial circumstances, experience or risk tolerance.

All alert and market commentary, regardless of ticker symbol, asset or instrument, is general educational information and not an individualized recommendation. Alert content may describe what an analyst is watching or doing, but each member must independently decide whether, when and how to trade.

FamousOptionsTrading does not select contract quantities for members, place or execute trades, manage or monitor accounts, accept account credentials or trading authority, or receive or hold member trading funds.

Educational mentorship

Mentorship and the 30 day roadmap are structured as education. An educator may explain what they would consider in a general market scenario, but this is not a direction for any member to trade. Mentorship does not include personalized trade recommendations, account management, individualized position sizing or advice based on a member's holdings, objectives, income, net worth or financial situation. Members should not submit account credentials or request instructions tailored to a specific account or open position.

Trading risk and results

Indicators and trading tools may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or produce false signals. FamousOptionsTrading does not guarantee profits, specific outcomes, funded accounts, successful trades or any level of performance. No alert, indicator, mentorship message, roadmap or educational resource removes the risk involved in trading.

FamousOptionsTrading may use Patreon, Whop, Discord, TradingView and social media platforms to deliver memberships, reviews, community access or educational content. Those platforms are independent third parties with their own terms, policies and availability.
